Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at HeartnSoles. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume seasons or sales, processing may take up to 72 hours.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and its territories.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive after the order has been processed.

3. Shipping Carriers

We utilize reliable carriers to ensure your HeartnSoles arrive safely. Our primary carriers include:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

HeartnSoles does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address for all deliveries to ensure the secure and timely arrival of your order. If a P.O. Box address is provided at checkout, we may contact you for an alternative physical address or be forced to cancel your order.

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

HeartnSoles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you need assistance with carrier contact information, you may reach out to us at info@heartnsoles.com.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. HeartnSoles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
