At heartnsoles, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, insoles that have been worn, trimmed, or altered are not eligible for a return.
2. Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right through a replacement or refund.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

5. Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you if the refund was approved.
